EFUND POLICY Return Window: 14 days after delivery Eligible Returns: - Only items with defects and in original packaging - We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item shows signs of use Wrong Size Orders: - Items ordered in the wrong size can only be exchanged for a different item (no refunds) - Please compare with similar clothing before ordering to ensure correct sizing NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (for hygiene reasons): - Intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie, bras) - Socks and hosiery - Baby clothing and accessories Return Process: 1. Once the supplier receives the item, we will send a replacement or process your refund Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
